When it comes to having a skincare routine, I’m a bit of a rubbish girl. When I was younger I was very fortunate and had clear, bright skin so didn’t need to buy into any skincare hype. To this day, I’m still quite lucky regarding my skin but as I’ve got older I have experienced some problems. About a year ago, It’s a Jess Thing posted a review of Liz Earle products, I read these posts and was SOLD. I had a search online and discovered that Boots was selling an essentials starter kit. This includes three full-size products and usually there’s a travel-size free gift too all for £49! I decided this was the best option so added it to my basket and eagerly awaited delivery!

I was super excited by the delivery. I ordered the Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser; Instant Boost Skin Tonic; and the Skin Repair Light Moisturiser, recommended for my oily-combination skin; the free gift was a 50ml tube of Gentle Face Exfoliator. The kit came with two muslin cloths as well for use with the cleanser. As soon as I opened the delivery, I read the instructions and tried out my new products. My skin felt incredible after using them. Liz Earle products really make you feel like you are at a spa from your very own bathroom. It’s obvious from first use that the products properly cleanse your skin and leave it glowing. I was actually quite disgusted that make-up was still coming off on the cloth even after using face wipes and micellar water the night before.

Following this, I have made a few more Liz Earle purchases. I currently have: the Deep Cleansing Mask; Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion; Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask; and the Superskin Eye Cream. I do not have a bad word to say about any of the products. I’ve spoken to a few people that are reluctant to make purchases because of the cost and while they are pricey, I do think they’re worth the money!

The only negative opinion I have about Liz Earle products is that if my skin is really bad, they don’t seem strong enough to clear up a really bad breakout. Overall though, I would definitely recommend Liz Earle products and I will continue to use and repurchase them!

Have you tried these? Let me know!
